This program targets entrepreneurs and investors who have received one of the following:

• Nomination letter from the government of Saskatchewan or Manitoba or

• Certificate of Selection from the government of Quebec

And who wish to be represented by a lawyer for their application for permanent residence.

Other things you should know about:

In Canada, the provinces can select or nominate immigrants under the immigration programs they offer.  Only the federal level can grant access to the country by issuing visas and permits.  Therefore, once a foreigner has been selected or nominated by a province, an application needs to be submitted to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to obtain a permanent residence visa or any temporary visa or permit.
