EB-3 Employment-Based Immigration Program

For this program, the permanent residence applicant must

• Demonstrate the ability to perform unskilled labour (requiring less than two years training or experience), that is not of a temporary or seasonal nature.

• Be performing work for which qualified workers are not available in the United States.

• Meet any other requirements such as:          

• Provide a police clearance check

• Complete a medical examination

• Be willing to work full time for the sponsoring USA employer
